- Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm or 11 am – 8 pm (Mondays – Fridays) and Saturdays: 9 am - 4 pm
- Receive, direct and provide visitors with the appropriate information on the organization and its offers.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and all social media platforms in both spoken and written English and French.
- Ensure cordial relationship between the organization and all stake holders (local administrative authorities, potential client organizations, training staff, suppliers) etc.
- Assist in planning, execution, monitoring of media and marketing activities in their area of jurisdiction.
- Coordinate, participate in and report operational activities such as on-site and online training scheduling, public sales and marketing events etc.
- Aged between 25 and 35 with a minimum relevant working experience especially in handling customers and giving sales talks.
- Be very proficient in spoken and written English and French with demonstrable verbal communication skills.
- Possess verifiable administrative writing and reporting skills including the use of Microsoft Office and social media Skills
- Very presentable (physically), sociable and highly professional.
- Good knowledge of organizations, management processes, human resources management, scheduling and archiving.
- Holder of at least an HND in any business-related branch with proven work experience.
- 3 to 6 months paid trial and training period.
- 2-year renewable contract with social security benefits paid, health, transport and lodging allowances amongst others as prescribed by the Cameroon Labor Code.
