- Compliance with the procedures established for the smooth running of the company
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Performing minor accounting duties (supplier’s payment)
- Petit cash management.
- Make travel arrangement (visa, lodging, vehicle rental)
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and equipment, and ordering new materials as needed
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- All other related tasks
- Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal administrative processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skill
- Professional planning knowledge and tools proficiency
- Interpersonal skills (influence across hierarchy and departments boundaries)
- Dealing with complexity and multicultural sensitivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Capable to foster mutual respect, appreciation and understanding across cultural backgrounds, hierarchy, and seniority within company
- Niveau scolaire BAC + 2 et avec un niveau acceptable en anglais
