4-Ability to identify emergencies and priorities;
5-Ability to analyse and summarise;
6-Use of office automation tools;
7-Drafting skills (preparation of all types of documents) based on notes or by synthesising documents;
8-To be able to make proposals on all the subjects dealt with;
9-Listening skills and good interpersonal skills;
