Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The finance coordinator is responsible for recording the financial operations of the company by ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded, processed, and reported in a timely manner. He oversees, coordinates, and administers the financial records and all related financial and office administration systems and processes of the company, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and benefits, record keeping, banking, and insurance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Reconcile and record all financial invoices and proformas.
v Reconcile bank statements with the actual expenses of the company.
v Receive fines and payments on behalf of the company.
v Issues financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, payroll, insurance, budget monitoring, and other financial systems and processes as required.
v Monitor and record all cash disbursements, expenditures, and receipts of the company while ensuring timely, effective, and accurate record keeping
v Maintain and oversee the company’s banking systems as well as reviewing and approving invoices for payment.
v Ensure all departments provide timely, accurate, and appropriate financial reports and remittances, including invoices, cash reports, and all other relevant financial information.
v Perform month-end and year-end audit procedures and prepare month-end reconciliations and year-end working papers for the company’s annual audit.
v Provide regular reports on all company financial activities as required and directed by the CEO, in all departments and areas of finance in the company not limited to bank balances, cash flow reports, accounts payable and receivable reports but operational financial statements equally.
v Maintain the confidentiality of the company’s financial business and other private information and records process expense claims of the company.
v Manage and reconcile all financial projects appropriately.
v Develop and maintain a database of records to ensure smooth transactions of all financial processes easy for accessing.
Job Requirements
PREREQUISITES:
Ø A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field of equivalence.
Ø Two years’ experience as a finance coordinator or related field.
Ø Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and other related applications.
Ø Be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
