the direction of a Media officer or other appropriate administrative
staff, he/she is requested to assist sales and media officers in all their
missions.
- Contact & visit prospective customers to determine needs and degree of interest in company's product/services
- Create and perform sales presentations to match company's products/services with identified needs
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the marketing strategy implementation
- Builds and improve knowledge of company’s products/services
- Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required
- Effective market intelligence: competitors, customers' dynamics, socio-political environment, economic outlook, etc.
- Follow up campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist community manager on social media space
- Communicate company message to customers
- Improve brand perception by customers, suppliers, and competitors
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, policy, and ethics
- Full adherence to corporate values and ways of doing business
- Active participation in all marketing events, and promoting the company’s brand and image.
- University degree. (Sales or Marketing is preferred)
- Sales experience or Customer service experience is an advantage
