Missions / Responsibilities / Activities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at LJS Group. As our Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of our marketing team, bringing our e-commerce brands to life through stunning visual content and engaging social media experiences. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging visuals that align with the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities

Design and produce various e-commerce marketing materials, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, and more.
Edit and produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, engaging with our audience and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that drive engagement and sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.

Job Requirements

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
Experience in Logo Design and Branding
Proficiency in Typography
Knowledge of industry-standard design software
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with UI/UX design is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably in an e-commerce company or marketing agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work independently and manage projects with multiple deadlines.
Experience in managing social media accounts with a track record of growing engagement and reach.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
